Once your favorite Viaden Gaming application is launched you are automatically permitted to benefit from the advantages of our data center and professional IT-teams. Viaden Gaming Team has a many years' experience in ensuring security both of our product and our data center. Viaden Gaming guarantees the highest data security level as well as the maximum system availability and efficiency.

Our security measures are divided into two areas: Product security and Data Center security.

Viaden Gaming Product Security

• Unauthorized access protection

  Viaden Gaming undertakes preventive measures to protect the applications from external attacks. All of the servers are behind the firewall to prevent users from accessing them by any means except the allowed methods and protocols. In addition to firewall, protecting Internet access there's another security level for manufacturing databases that allows system access only from certain hosts.

• 128-bit SSL protocol

  Once you or your employees enter Viaden login page your data are protected. Your unique name and password as well as all further data will be coded and transferred with 128-bit SSL protocol. The same transaction security level is currently used for E-commerce.

• Application access

  The system is divided into levels that allows for separating data from applications. All registered users have access to the application level only. Thus the data level is secured from malicious actions.

• IP address level security

  Viaden Security Suite employs IP address level security. Thus, you can limit the number of computers that have access to your Viaden Security Suite, which will guarantee that the key users, like CFO will access the system only from office and/or home.

• Role level access, idle time shutdown and account lockout

  Each user is assigned a specific role with the given access permissions to only see or use the system. The system also detects idle connections and automatically blocks your browser so that no one could access the system from your computer. The same approach is employed for blocking user account after 3 attempts of incorrect username and password entering.

• Continual monitoring

  Ports scans and network intrusion detection systems (NIDS) are employed to detect any vulnerability in our network. In case of any attempts of unauthorized access to our data center we log and investigate each of them.

• Audit trail

  Viaden Gaming Suite continuously maintains audit trails for all users transactions. Thus, the system registers all entries featuring user account details and data.

• Data backup

  All customer data are automatically daily backed up to the tape. Tapes are transferred to a separate secure storage facilities aimed at storing tapes regardless of any environmental factors. The storage facilities comply with all industry requirements and is located more than 200 km away from our data center.

• Security architecture

  Viaden Gaming Security Suite architecture ensures high efficiency and protection. We closely collaborated with our hardware and platform software partners to make sure your data and transactions are totally secured.

Domicilium Data Center Security

Domicilium guarantees the highest security level of their global network physical and electronic infrastructure that meets and exceeds all the international standards for commercial networks in terms of availability, integrity and confidentiality.

The employed security methods are aimed at identifying and preventing unauthorized access. Continual network monitoring  by Network Monitoring Centers allows the company to maintain uninterrupted service for the customers by undertaking the required protecting measures.

Domicilium Security Measures

Viaden Gaming Security suite is maintained by Domicilium Data Center. Domicilium security measures alongside with employees only access to Viaden Gaming Security suite ensure the highest possible data protection level.

• Facilities access control system

  Employees access to Domicilium facilities is organized according to the strict rules and procedures. The first level of security includes Photo ID and recognition system. Recognition devices and card readers are located at main entry points to the facilities. All perimeter doors are equipped with alarms and subject to continual monitoring. Authorized customers and vendors are required to go through palm scan to enter the facilities. The access control system continuously monitors and registers all visitors for further reference.

• Photo ID

  Authorized customers and their suppliers are provided with special ID cards on the date of their system installation. Pictures are taken and imprinted on their ID cards on-site.

• Video surveillance

  All perimeter doors and other high security points are equipped with video surveillance cameras. Video is recorded and stored for further reference.

• Fire protection

  The fire protection sprinkler system consists of a double-interlocked system aimed at preventing accidental warning system discharge. Water will discharge only from those sprinkles that were subject to a rather high heat level to melt the fusible link on water heads. These fusible links are the second interlock in the system.

• Palm ID system

  Palm ID system is linked to access ID cards. Once the card is swiped, the card's owner should put his or her palm in a special scanner for final authorization.

• Ventilation and conditioning systems

  All computer rooms are equipped with the required air-conditioning systems. Air humidifiers and electric reheat coils are employed to control humidity in the rooms. The rooms have an 18-inch raised floor, which is used for air distribution.

• System power backup

  3-phase uninterruptible power sources (UPS) are provided in N+ configuration with power ranging from 125kVA and output voltage – from 480 VAC. The UPSs support all customer equipment. Each UPS battery is capable of carrying full load without a generator for 15 minutes. Emergency generators usually start in 10 seconds and are designed to support all the facilities at maximum load.

• Aseismic stability

  Domicilium facilities comply with all the local and international norms and standards for all seismically classified areas. Redesign of the facilities includes but is not limited to the following:

  • seismic bracing for the raised floor
  • seismic bracing for frames, cabinets and system units
  • seismic bracing for electric switchboards
  • seismic bracing for overhead distribution trays and troughs
  • seismic bracing for piping and the related systems
  • redundant direct current generators on seismic bracing.

• Redundant Internet connections

  Although Viaden Gaming Security suite was developed to work with the minimal band width, the data center is connected to main lines of 2 different Internet providers under the 2 DS3 pipes (45Mbit/s each). This redundancy ensures pure data transmission to or from the data center.
