1. How much does it cost to join Viaden Inc as an Affiliate?
Membership in the web site design company of Viaden Inc. Affiliate program
is completely FREE. No registration fees, no minimum sales requirements.
2. How do the commissions
work?
You are supplied with a special link containing your order
ID. This link helps us track all visitors that come to our
web site from yours. If any of them places an order with us
you
will receive a 20% commission on the order! There is also
a second tier commission of 5%.
3. How and when do I get
paid?
Affiliates will be paid by check on a monthly basis. Within
15 days after the end of each calendar month we will send
you a check for earned Referrers for the previous month.
4. How do I join Viaden Inc. Affiliate
Program?
Please, read our Contract, which represents the written contract between
you and Viaden.com the web site design and development company. Next,
complete the Online Sign-Up Form. If Viaden Inc approves your online
application, we'll e-mail you instructions on how to link to us.
5. Does my Web site qualify
for the Viaden Inc Affiliate Program?
Most Web sites will qualify to participate in the program.
However, we may reject Web sites at our sole discretion. We
will
NOT accept the sites that:
- Violate intellectual property rights;
- Provide sexually explicit material;
- Promote violence;
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion,
national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation,
or age;
- Promote illegal activities.
6. Where do I get Viaden Inc banners to set up the links?
Once you get your approval e-mail, log on to the affiliate
homepage. You will find detailed instructions on how to set
up a variety of links. We have several banners with different
messages and styles. The process is simple and we provide
support if you need help in setting up the links. For best
results, place the links on several pages of your site and
above the fold.
7. I failed to install the Viaden Inc links on my site - will you help me?
Yes. We've tried to make the linking method as simple as possible, at
the same time we admit that it is in your and our interests to make
sure that the link to Viaden Inc works efficiently and that the link
is placed and promoted in the best possible way. Therefore, we will
help you if you need assistance with establishing the links to Viaden
Inc. Just send e-mail to

8. I'm not a USA/Canada resident. Can I participate in the Viaden Inc Affiliate Program?
Yes, you can.
9. How does Viaden Inc track new accounts
coming from my Web site?
An affiliate ID is assigned to each account. Links from affiliates'
Web sites to our web site design and web development company use a special
format that includes this code. Every time a customer follows one of
these links to our site, this unique URL tells us, from which affiliate
account the customer was sent to us. When you log in with your password,
you will see that our banners and links have your own tracking code
already included in the URL.
Viaden Inc. tracking is real-time, meaning it's not "batched"
so they run immediately. Sales appear in your transactions
reports immediately and all sales commissions are generated
immediately as well. All of your sales are counted and combined
during this process and credited to your account.
10. Where is the online
report?
You must log in to view your online report. The online reporting
feature enables affiliates to view their traffic and how much
they earned.
11. Will Viaden Inc let me remain
an affiliate if my Web site generates only a few Referrers
each year?
Yes. Unlike many other affiliate programs, our affiliates
are not required to meet Referrers/sales quotas.
12. How do I change my affiliate
account information?
If you wish to make any changes in the information you sent
us, please
DO NOT submit a second application.
