Quality and Security Manager

Now we are looking for worthy candidate on position Quality and Security Manager to work on the full time basis in Minsk office.

Experience and education:

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:

Process oriented thinking
Leadership skills – ability to make agreement among people in organization (including top-management); ability to push things
Knowledge on SW development processes, standards and methodologies: ISO9001, CMMI, AgileSCRUM etc.
Knowledge on information security standards: ISO27001, PCI DSS
Basic knowledge on ICT staff, e.g. IT infrastructure, physical/network devices/workstations/operating systems/patches etc.
ITIL knowledge is a plus
SW developmenttesting background is a plus
Project management skills is a plus
Good English

Responsibilities:

To establish and permanently improve SW development processes
To establish and permanently improve Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO27001; to pass company through ISO27001 certification
To follow and make alive the quality and security practices in daily business
