provides to you are subject to the following Payment Policy.
Viaden reserves the right to update the Policy at any time without

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
Through its network of Web properties, Viaden provides you with
access to a variety of resources, including services and products,
as well as the respective information (collectively Services).
The services, including any updates, enhancements, new features,
and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to
the Payment Policy.
PAYMENT TERMS. BY PURCHASING A PRODUCT/SERVICE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE
THAT YOU HAVE FAMILIARIZED WITH ITS TECHNICAL FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS
AND PERFORM THE PURCHASE CONCIOUSLY REALIZING ALL THE TECHNICAL
POSSIBILITIES OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE IN QUESTION.
- Product or service technical parameters, features and
peculiarities are supplied on corresponding product or service
pages.
- Upon purchasing the product/service all rights on it
are transferred under your jurisdiction.
- Viaden Inc, in its turn, acknowledges the obligation
to provide support service available 24/7. As the purchased
products/services become your entire property, Viaden Inc, obliged
to supply fast and effective support, is not responsible for
any alterations in your preferences and will not refund either
complete or partial cost of the purchase, on account of by the
very fact of purchase customer admits acquiring of the product/service
in question subject to subsequent support.
- Any sort of upgrading and customization not included
into the package being purchased is available for an additional
fee and cannot be a subject of disputing between the parties.
- As the product or service technical parameters, features
and peculiarities are supplied on corresponding product or service
pages, they cannot serve a subject of discussions between the
parties or be a reason for a refund or a chargeback.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled
as it is sent for processing immediately. Once the purchase
is performed, our products/services are not eligible for refund
or chargeback.
- We make every attempt to deliver the correct products/services
but in the event you do not receive the correct product(s),
you may require the one you ordered. Unfortunately, this is
the only reason we can accept returns of products/services.
In order to return an item and exchange it for a correct one,

- Your personal preferences, changed in the course of time,
cannot serve a reason for a refund or a chargeback, on account
of the fact you were informed on the technical features and
characteristics of the product/service in question as well as
on its produced economical effect.
- All products and services created and developed by Viaden Inc are subject to the Payment Policy regardless of their creation and ralization date.
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services.
NOTICE SPECIFIC TO SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEB SITE.
Any software that is made available to download from the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Viaden and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED, UNLESS SUCH REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY THE LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING SUCH SOFTWARE.
THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, VIADEN CORPORATION HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
VIADEN INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT’S FUNCTIONING UNDER KNOWINGLY CORRUPTED, VIRUS-INFECTED OR OUTDATED OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS AS WELL AS IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER SOFTWARE THAT MAY EFFECT ITS PROPER PERFROMANCE. VIADEN INC PROVIDES SUPPORT IN REGARD TO THE PROBLEMS SOLELY CAUSED BY THE FAULTS AND DEFECTED FUNCTIONAL CHRACTERISTICS OF VIADEN PRODUCTS (ASSISTANCE IN MANAGING SOFTWARE OR UTILITIES PRODUCED BY OTHER VENDORS IS EXCLUDED FROM OUR SUPPORT SERVICES).
The given Payment Policy is applied to all buyers purchasing any products or services developed and sold by Viaden Inc regardless of the terms of their creation and realization.
