Game Rules
Red Dog, also known as a Red Dog poker, is a variation of acey-deucey or in-between. The most attractive thing about this poker game is that you don't have to play against the dealer as well as there are no winning hand combinations.
To win you need to get a card with a value in between the values of the first two cards drawn.
Cards
Red Dog Poker is played with a standard 52-card deck. Cards are shuffled after each round. The value of any card from 2 to 10 counts at face value, a jack counts as 11, a queen as 12, a king as 13, and an ace counts as 14.
One hand can be played at a time.

If the cards are consecutive in number (marked as CONS on the table), for example, a four and a five, or a Jack and a Queen, the hand is a push and your bet is returned.
If the first two cards are of equal value, a third card is dealt:
- If the third card is of the same value, then your bet is paid 11:1.
- If the third card is not of the same value, then your bet is returned (Push).
- If the first two cards are not equal and not consecutive (for example, a three and Jack), a spread is announced, and you can either CALL or CHECK.
- Click CALL to place one more bet equal to Ante and get one more card.
- Click CHECK to get one card without increasing your bet.
- A third-card is dealt to the player:
- If the 3rd card is ranked in between the first 2 cards, then your bets (Ante and Raise, if placed) are paid according to the paytable listed below.
- If the 3rd card is not ranked in between the first 2 cards, you lose your bet (bets).
