Royal Poker
Description
Royal Poker originates from a regular Oasis poker with a number of smart features. Upon receiving five cards to the hand, a player is allowed to buy an additional 6th card to the hand thus increasing the possibility of a higher win. Moreover, it is possible to change one to five cards to make up a better hand. And finally, Royal Poker involves the unique opportunity to get paid for two winning poker combinations.
Game Rules
Royal Poker is an enhanced Oasis Poker version with a number of features favourable to the player, for example, the possibility of buying a 6th card for the hand, changing one to five cards or to get paid for up to 2 combinations in your hand.
Objective
The objective of Royal Poker is to beat the dealer's hand by receiving a higher five- or six-card poker hand.
Cards
Royal Poker is played with a standard 52-card deck. Cards are shuffled after each round.
The individual cards are ranked in the following descending order: Ace (high or low), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2. The Ace can be the highest-value card in a straight of A, K, Q, J, 10, or the lowest-value card in a straight of 5, 4, 3, 2, A.

Play
The play begins by placing an Ante bet. Then click DEAL. You are dealt 5 cards face up while the dealer is dealt 4 cards face down and 1 card face up. You need to evaluate your hand and decide on one of the following options:
- Change cards - You can select from 1 to 5 cards in your hand that you want to switch and then click the CHANGE button. The fee for switching any number of cards equals 1 Ante bet. Once you click the CHANGE button, the chosen cards are removed from the table and new cards will be dealt. You can then either fold or raise your bet.
- Buy a card – You can buy a sixth additional card for your hand equal to the Ante bet. To get the sixth card, click the BUY button. You can then either fold or raise your bet.
- Fold – by clicking FOLD you lose the bet that was placed. The game is over.
- Raise – by clicking RAISE you continue playing and place an additional bet that equals twice your Ante bet. The dealer's cards are revealed. Both hands are evaluated.
The dealer's hand must contain at least an Ace or a King to qualify. If the dealer's hand does not qualify, the "Buy Options", YES and NO buttons will appear.
- Click YES to replace the dealer's highest card with a new one.
- Click NO to proceed with regular playing.
Game Outcomes
If the dealer does not qualify, the Ante bet is paid 1:1 and the Raise bet is returned to you.
If the dealer qualifies the dealer's and the player's hands are compared:
- If your hand is lower than the dealer's, you lose both the Ante and the Raise bets.
- If the dealer's hand ties with your hand, both the Ante and the Raise bets are returned.
- If your hand beats the Dealer's, then the Ante is returned and the Raise bet is paid according to the paytable listed below.

| Full House | 7:1 |
| Flush | 5:1 |

| One Pair | 1:1 |
| Ace/King | 1:1 |
Second Poker Combination
The main difference between Royal Poker and Oasis Poker is that you can be paid for two winning poker combinations from one hand. The main rule is that at least one card from the second combination cannot be included in the first one. Below are some examples:
- Ace-Ace-King-8-9: Pair (Ace-Ace) + Ace-King are paid 2:1.
- 2-2-Ace-King-9: Pair (2-2) + Ace-King are paid 2:1.
- Ace-Ace-Ace-Ace-7-7: Four of a Kind (Ace-Ace-Ace-Ace) + Full House (Ace-Ace-Ace-7-7) are paid 27:1.
- Ace-Ace-Ace-Ace-9: Four of a Kind is paid 20:1. This combination cannot be considered as Four of a Kind (Ace-Ace-Ace-Ace) and Three of a Kind (Ace-Ace-Ace), because all of the cards in the second combination are part of the first combination.
Hand Ranking
- If you and the dealer have hands of the same type, the hand that includes the card with a higher value wins (e.g. Three Kings beats Three Queens; a flush of A, 6, 5, 4, 3 beats a flush of K, J, 10, 8, 7).
- If the hands are of the same type and value, the next highest card that is not part of the paying hand, known as the kicker, will determine the winner.
- The second poker combination is paid automatically, where the first poker combination wins.
